LemonTree has laid the cornerstone for the WESTSIDE SZCZECIN NEO by LemonTree logistics and service complex in Szczecin. This is the company's second investment in West Pomerania, confirming the strategic importance of this region in the company's development. The new facility, whose general contractor is GOLDBECK, will cover over 34,000 sqm of modern space. Almost half of the investment has already been leased, and construction is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2026.
