LemonTree starts construction of its second development in Szczecin - WESTSIDE SZCZECIN NEO by LemonTree. The modern complex will offer 34,000 sqm of modern warehouse, service and office space, almost half of which has already been leased. The facility will be equipped with technologies to reduce its negative impact on the environment. The project, whose general contractor is GOLDBECK, kicked off in the end of May 2025, and completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.
Main objectives of the project
It is very important for us to empirically test new technologies before implementing them in a project as a standard solution. We first want to see if the applied solution will bring measurable results for users. If the result of the test yields the expected result, we introduce them into the LemonTree standard. This is what happened, for example, with heat pumps and increased fire protection for buildings, both solutions were introduced into the specifications of all our facilities. All of the technologies proposed by our in-house FutureMinds team that worked well in our WESTSIDE SZCZECIN project will be implemented in the new WESTSIDE SZCZECIN NEO development. Listening to the needs of our clients, we paid a lot of attention to the safety of users, especially drivers, when designing this complex

Our aim is to install PV installations in LemonTree's facilities so that they respond to the actual demand of a given building, especially taking into account the individual expectations of tenants based on their business profiles. The roof reinforcement and already prepared infrastructure gives flexibility for potential expansion of the PV installation. Such a system allows our customers to realize their specific renewable energy needs at any time and to reinforce the system with more panels
