Nagel-Group, one of Europe’s leading companies in food logistics, will lease one of the buildings within the Booster Zabrze complex. The tenant will move into the facility in the second quarter of 2025. The agreement between the companies has been signed for a 15-year term.
We greatly appreciate projects that require us to take an unconventional approach and can turn into one of the most interesting realizations happening on the market next year. Tenants today are looking for facilities that enable them to operate efficiently and further develop their activities while also supporting their sustainability goals. From the beginning of our discussions with our business partner, we knew our approaches aligned, making the negotiation process a pure pleasure. We will deliver a facility fully adapted to the specifics of tenant’s operations, while also being a showcase and distinctive feature
– says Maciej Krawiecki, COO, Head of Development and Leasing at LemonTree.
A new perspective on logistics and service spaces
Our goal is to redefine the concept of logistics and service spaces. That’s why we place such great emphasis on pro-environmental solutions. At the same time, we do not forget about the local community, our investment neighbors. We want our facilities to blend into the urban fabric and not be monofunctional warehouses. Therefore, we will prepare an open space for residents that will be an integral part of Booster
– adds Bartłomiej Krawiecki.
