PartyDeco joins WESTSIDE SZCZECIN by LemonTree as a new tenant

One of Europe’s largest manufacturers of event decorations, PartyDeco, has signed a lease agreement in the WESTSIDE SZCZECIN by LemonTree complex in Szczecin. The agreement covers more than 15,000 sqm of warehouse and office space. The project is currently under construction, with completion scheduled for Q2 2025.

WESTSIDE SZCZECIN by LemonTree is a modern complex whose construction began in June this year. The project will deliver nearly 31,000 sqm of high-standard warehouse and office space. One of its key advantages is its location in the southwestern part of Szczecin, adjacent to a direct exit onto the newly built Przecław bypass (DK13). The site provides quick access to the A6 motorway and the city center within minutes, while the Port of Szczecin-Świnoujście is just a 15-minute drive away. Additionally, the complex is located near a shopping center offering a variety of retail and service options.

A local company with a history

Joining the tenant roster is PartyDeco, a company rooted in Szczecin. With nearly 30 years of experience and a portfolio of over 5,000 high-quality products, PartyDeco has become a leader in the European decorative market, with its products available in more than 70 countries worldwide. The company’s new headquarters marks the next chapter in the success story of this local enterprise.

Sustainability in the DNA of both companies

The complex has been designed to minimize its environmental impact and maximize user comfort. The facility’s equipment, including heat pumps, advanced ventilation systems, and rooftop photovoltaic panels, will significantly reduce energy consumption and lower costs. Sustainability is also a core element of PartyDeco’s business strategy. The company reduces raw material usage, and its products and packaging are designed with environmental considerations in mind. The new headquarters will support PartyDeco’s ESG efforts while increasing its attractiveness to business partners, clients, and employees.

A noteworthy feature of the project is the use of “green steel”, which is made from at least 80% recycled materials and renewable energy. This approach significantly reduces the carbon footprint of the investment from the construction stage.

WESTSIDE SZCZECIN by LemonTree is designed to meet the individual needs of its tenants. For PartyDeco, the complex integrates top-quality warehouse and office spaces, enabling the company, for the first time in its history, to consolidate all key operational functions in a single location. One standout feature is the customization of office spaces to the company’s specific activities, including the creation of a dedicated daylight photography studio equipped to handle professional product shoots. In the packing area, where employees prepare customer orders, special attention has been paid to maximizing access to natural light and ensuring efficient heating – features emphasized by the tenant.

The tailored approach also includes designing the warehouse to accommodate the storage and expansion of new product lines. Collaboration with LemonTree allowed these requirements to be incorporated at the design stage, providing a significant advantage over adapting existing spaces.
