LemonTree, a developer of modern premium‑class logistics and service complexes, has finalized the sale of two warehouse buildings forming the first phase of the BOOSTER ZABRZE by LemonTree investment. The new owner of the assets is Vestas Investment Management Europe, an international company managing an extensive portfolio of logistics and office properties across Europe on behalf of global investors. The transaction is backed by strategic Korean capital, highlighting its international significance and the trust global financial institutions place in LemonTree’s projects.
